EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a powerful, life-changing and efficient therapy method that I provide in my practice, as a trained practitioner since 2008. It is deemed by the WHO (World Health Organization) as the recommended therapy for post traumatic stress. EMDR also addresses, but is not limited to: performance anxiety and or enhancement, self-defeating beliefs, behavioural inhibition, generalized anxiety, grief, depression and psychological recovery from injury.
